Ever thought about applying a different solution when you get tired? No? Of course not. We don't think about being tired, we get tired, we sleep.

What if tiredness meant you were bored instead of tired? What if the solution to being tired was to do something instead of sleep?

Now, don't get me wrong. Night time is for sleeping and we all need our sleep. Go to sleep. Sleep is important.

I'm talking about the during the day. You had a good night's sleep, but you can't seem to keep your eyes open. You say, "I must've not slept too well" or "I need to catch up on my sleep".

What if what you were feeling wasn't fatigue - but boredom?

What if the solution was action instead of inactivity?

Do a 10 minute workout.

Play a sport.

Move your body.

You're not tired. You're bored.
