You focus on negative news because this is what captures your attention.

You consume negative news. Your inner talk becomes negative.

You create a cycle of negative consumption and negative inner talk.


You need to be intentional with what you consume.

You need to flip the formula.


Your inner talk is trained by what you consume, believe, and have been taught.

You intentionally avoid negative news.

You are in the attention economy. Everyone is vying for your attention.

You intentionally focus on positive useful news because this is what you make available to your attention.

You consume positive useful news. Your inner talk becomes positive and useful.
