Happiness is a side effect of doing something you like with people you enjoy.


Happiness isn't something you can specifically aim for because it is a byproduct of a specific action with specific people.


When someone says they want to be happy, what they are actually saying is they want to be doing an activity they enjoy with people they care about.


You can't obtain happiness, but you can focus everyday to intentionally maximize the activities you enjoy doing with people you enjoy doing them with.
