Understand your people's individual motivations.


Understand the challenges, what rules need to be in place, and define clear goals.


Then, set up the following -


  1. Make sure the Objective is Moderately Challenging

  2. Give Control over Self (Do Not Micro-manage)

  3. Communicate Clear Objective/Goal

  4. Provide Clear Rules

  5. Provide Clear Milestones (Feedback)

  6. Provide Environment for Concentration
