I’m constantly reminded that I don’t know what I don’t know.


It’s easy to want to talk from your perspective and apply your experiences to come up with a solution.


But your solution is just one of many.


Don’t get tied to your solution as being the best. Odds are there are many more that are better than yours. Let the best one win and everyone will benefit.


You don’t know what you don’t know. Therefore, be quick to listen and slow to talk.
